If the display number represents a Replace display or a non-replaceable On Top display, the close action is ignored and an error message is logged to Diagnostics. Replace displays and non-replaceable On Top displays cannot be closed by a remote display change. My issue is, using the global connection Close an On Top Display doesn't work if the pop-up display has been marked as Cannot Be Replaced The second pop-up will then have a button to return to the first pop-up, closing the second in the process. That pop-up will have a button to go to a different pop-up, closing the first pop-up in the process. I want to be able to open and close a pop-up window from the PLC code. I'm hoping one of you guys knows off the top of your head. I'm sitting here trying to do something I'm pretty sure I've done before, but I can't get it working and trying new things takes ages to compile the runtime.
